Scheduling Reps are call center professionals who deliver the first impression of ExactCare Pharmacy to our patients. They educate patients on who we are, what we do and how we make their lives better.
Bilingual is a plus!

Typical Hours

Monday - Friday
11:30 a.m - 8 p.m. Eastern Time

Call Prospective Patients

Contact prospective patients whose healthcare team has recommended they start service with ExactCare due to their health needs, which frequently includes chronic conditions and multiple medications.

Share How We Help

Introduce ExactCare and how we can help improve their health through our unique pharmacy-at-home model that provides an easier, safer way to manage their medications.

Schedule Their Assessments

Schedule patients for their start of care assessment with our clinical field team. Assessments are essential to delivering a comprehensive, consultative experience for our patients.
